Discussing AI auto extraction in one of the workshops.

User + Business

As a designer, I’m all about getting my hands dirty! In every role I've taken on, I've dived deep into the details.

You’ll catch me passionately working on design files, engaging in lively discussions about every little element, and providing thoughtful feedback on even the tiniest aspects.

No detail is too small for me to focus on.

Enterprise  | Data Migration |  Agents

Impact

  • Faster onboarding for teams handling 100+ contracts a day

  • Clearer decision flow for reviewers

  • A calmer, guided experience instead of panic-driven data checks.

Contract issue identification, Reinvented with AI

Enterprise  | Issue Detection |  Negotiation AI

Featured in UX India 2023 Lightning Talk.

Redlining is one of the highest-friction moments in the contract lifecycle. It involves judgment, context, negotiation, and risk. My goal was to redesign the redlining workflow using AI not to replace humans, but to assist them with clarity, control, and trust.

  • I design AI-powered experiences that help lawyers review contracts faster, with more clarity and less mental clutter.

  • Over the years, I’ve shaped agent-based reviews, conversational interfaces, clause explorers, and dashboards that turn dense legal content into something more human, more predictable.

  • One of my proudest moments was seeing our redesigned workflow reduce review time by 20%  not because of the number itself, but because users finally said,
“The Auto extraction module feels so simple now"

  • This role taught me how to blend AI reasoning with emotional design how to build trust, not features. And how to design for experts who don’t have time to “figure out the interface

At Sirion, I stepped into a world where decisions are high-stakes, workflows are heavy, and legal teams carry the weight of precision.

My mission has been simple: make complexity feel calm.

2018-2021

Airtel

Designing for millions

taught me scale, sensitivity, and speed.

At Airtel, I reimagined the help journey inside the Thanks App. A space where users arrive frustrated, overwhelmed, or simply stuck.

  • My goal was to make support feel personal, not procedural.

  • By understanding behavioral cues and routing queries intelligently, we reduced call center traffic by 9% and increased engagement by 15%.

  • But the real win was designing a flow that quietly reassured people: “You’re in the right place. We’ll get this sorted.”

This role sharpened my instinct for problem framing how to simplify when the stakes are high and emotions are real.

Here, design meant storytelling.

  • I created digital experiences for students and institutions at a time when education platforms were shifting fast.

  • From UI systems to cross-platform journeys, this role taught me how design can guide emotions curiosity, clarity, confidence through visual consistency.

It taught me that people don’t just buy products they buy the feeling behind them.

I built a denim brand from scratch, crafting everything from visual identity to packaging to digital presence.

This role built my intuition for storytelling, brand-building, and capturing the emotional pulse of an audience.

Lee Cooper - 2013-2017

It grounded my craft and shaped my eye for detail.

My foundational years. At Lee Cooper, I learned detail, discipline, consistency, and the power of a timeless visual language.

From store displays to apparel graphics to seasonal campaigns, I understood what it means to design within a global brand and contribute to its legacy.

Family,Work and Fun

Design, for me, has always been personal. Being a father has changed how I see the world, I notice how naturally my daughter explores, how she gets confused, and how she delights in small wins. That same lens shapes how I approach design: with empathy, patience, and clarity.

I spend time understanding how people actually think, what frustrates them, and what makes them smile.

When design steps back and lets the user move forward with confidence and ease, that’s when it truly works.
